Planes, Boats, and Automobiles: Juneau, AK, June 2004. Our home Thursday night after the show at Centennial Hall and fun at the Alaska Hotel (Thanks, Collette!) Photos by Amy Reinholds.

We left Juneau on a tiny, 8-passenger plane that took the five band members, one spouse, and one bass to Haines, Alaska, where we met some nice folks who drove us through parts of Canada to get to the Kluane Mountain festival in the Yukon Territory.

Brad got to sit shotgun, next to the pilot, and somehow they let him touch one of the controls...

And bears, oh my!We saw a mother grizzly bear and two of her cubs somewhere in Cananda (either B.C. or Y.T.) on the way back to Alaska from the festival.

Coming back to Juneau after the festival, our group was separated into two 6-seater planes, and the bass didn't come until the next morning. Here is the plane Brad and Paul were on.
Eric took this picture as his plane passed Brad and Paul's plane.
